Conferences
In-Person National Conference
Estimated Time of Year: Fall
The SASE Professional National Conference is part of SASE’s annual National Convention. Professional attendees enjoy a dynamic experience featuring in-depth leadership training sessions, topic-based workshops, and senior executive panels.
In 2024, SASE welcomed over 1100 Asian professionals from 90+ organizations to Boston, MA for the National Conference.

Women's Leadership Conference
Asian women in particular face a double-paned glass ceiling when it comes to career advancement. To help address these issues, SASE Pro hosts annual Women's Leadership Conferences catered specifically towards Asian women professionals.
The 2024 program built on highly successful events in 2021, 2022, and 2023 with a one-day virtual experience accommodating for several time zones. Virtual focus circles encouraged meaningful conversations and built community through networking.
Asian Women in Tech Conference

In 2024, SASE Professional is holding the first Asian Women in Tech Conference in San Jose, California. With the increasing demand for technical skills in artificial intelligence, data science, and other fields of technology, feedback from Women's Leadership Conference participants led to the creation of this pilot conference. Keynotes and women-led workshops will include speakers that have backgrounds in technology and trainers working with companies that are focused on the development of technology.

Top Gun Leadership Academy
Estimated Time of Year: Spring, Summer
Commitment: Nine weeks
90-minute workshops 1x / week
Audience: New managers of others with 5+ years of experience
The Top Gun Leadership Academy is an intensive leadership training program for promising new managers. Attendees will gain actionable insights, have inspiring discussions, and practice becoming more confident managers. Through topics such as dealing with imposter syndrome, leading with emotional intelligence, and crafting team purpose, new managers will realize their strengths and how to improve communication with their teams.
XCORE Asian Leadership Programs
Powered by B-SPOKE
Estimated Time of Year: Winter
Commitment: 4+ months
One 2-hour workshop + two 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month
Audience: Professionals with 5+ years of experience
XCORE is designed to provide a unique management-level leadership training to address issues facing Asian professionals. XCORE is split into XCORE LITE and XCORE PRO. Attendees will join a cohort to attend workshops, have core group coaching sessions, and grow their own leadership style with 1:1 coaching. Through topics such as the Five Voices and Five Gears, attendees will grow their own leadership style while improving their ability to communicate with others.
Amplify Your Strategic Impact
Estimated Time of Year: Spring
Commitment: Nine weeks
2.5 Hours/week (90-min workshop, 30-min personal work, 30-min discussion, optional 60-min office hour)
Audience: High-potential middle managers with 12+ years
Amplify Your Strategic Impact is an executive coaching program for newer executives and high-potential managers who are aligning and influencing executive stakeholders. Attendees will learn how to identify what an executive audience is looking for and create compelling communications, shift their mindset from operational to executive, and demonstrate their ability to guide strategic outcomes.

SASE Pro hosts free monthly webinars with coaches and leaders. Topics encourage growth of Asian professionals and ERG leaders. Webinars are sponsored by a SASE partnered organization.
Pro Awards
SASE Pro celebrates the successes of Asian STEM professionals through leadership, achievement, and military service awards. Candidates are nominated annually by a SASE partnered organization. Awardees are honored annually at the SASE National Convention.
Newsletter
SASE Pro distributes a quarterly newsletter to share reminders about upcoming events and informational content that may be relevant to Asian professionals.
ERG Network
SASE Pro leadership actively meet with ERG leaders from organizations of all sizes to grow our community of Asian professionals across industries. ERG leaders have active input into SASE Pro programs. SASE Pro provides resources for ERG growth and opportunities for leadership development.
