About our Trainer
Meet Dr. Payal Beri .
Over the past 18+ years, her work has been at the intersection of empathy and social impact. As the founder of RK Empathy and an Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Beri is committed to empowering leaders to realize we have more in common as humans than otherwise led to believe by those who benefit from our divide. She's spoken about the power of empathy and transformational impact in organizations such as NASA, MITRE, Google, and Huntington Ingalls Industries, among many others.
