12/1 On December 2, 2011, Mr. Khanh Vu will join SASE as Executive Director, replacing the current Executive Director. Khanh brings a wealth of experience that will help expand SASE's reach to Asian heritage scientists and engineers. Prior to joining SASE, Khanh was the Minority Engineering Program director at the Colorado Schools of Mines. Khanh also graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Please join me in welcoming Khanh to SASE. His e-mail address is khanh.vu@saseconnect.org.

SASE's mission is to
- Prepare Asian heritage scientists and engineers for success in the global business world.
- Celebrate diversity on campuses and in the workplace.
- Provide opportunities for members to make contributions to their local communities.
SASE membership is open to men and women of all ethnic backgrounds.
SASE brings students and professionals together to achieve their highest potential. The SASE School chapter kit provides information on how students can start a chapter at their school. Similarly, the SASE Corporate kit helps Engineers and Scientists start a Corporate Chapter. In addition, professional memberships are also available for men and women individually. While SASE celebrates the pan Asian cultures, we welcome members from all ethnic and professional backgrounds.
