When can I nominate?
Submissions open November 1, 2023 and close April 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.

Where can I apply? Are paper applications accepted?
All application materials must be submitted via our online form. Paper applications are not accepted.

Can individuals and/or organizations that are winners apply again the next year?
Current winners must sit out one year and may submit again the following year.

When is the deadline?
The deadline is April 12, 2024 11:59 PM ET.

Can I nominate myself?
No, self-nominations are not accepted. Please check with your Asian ERG, D&I, or authorized company representatives about nominations.

Can an individual who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident be nominated?
A foreign national can be nominated as long as they have a visa to work in the United States.

When will the recipients be announced?
Recipients will be notified personally by May 17, 2024. Each recipient will be recognized at the 2024 SASE National Convention and STEM Career Fair, which will be held in October 9-12, 2024.

Is there a fee to apply?
No, there are no fees to apply.

Do the winners receive any compensation?
No. The awards are for recognition purposes only and no compensation of any kind is provided.

Do the winners receive a complimentary registration to the National Convention?
Yes. A complimentary registration to SASE Pro National Conference will be provided to all Leadership Award winners.

I missed the application deadline. Is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately, we do not accept late applications. These awards are annual, so we would be glad to review your material for next year’s applicants once applications are open. Next year’s applications will be available January 2025.
